As a level 76 doctor i can tell you two things

1. no way to give free heals without every other player noticing a free heal, unless you time it perfectly

2. only real use you can get from being a doctor to others is if they are some place like the southeast and there is none available there

I wish there were doctors in the place I barricade in. I must have bad timing of something, but the only doctor there are 20's and 25's....
