Revenge

Yesterday was April 1`st, or April Fool's Day.

Well, do I have a story for you.

I was sitting at my desk, minding my own business when my brother Todd came in and handed
me his cell phone. He told me that my friend James had called. Well, James intended to hang out
with my the night before but never showed up. I didn't think anything of it and grabbed the phone
and answered it. My brother starts laughing and says "April Fools!" Mildly annoyed I return the
phone with a har har and promised my revenge.

He thought nothing of it and left, and I began plotting.

It didn't take me long at all to conceive my revenge. He had been boasting about his new plasma
flat screen since he picked it up from the rental place, and the area has been prone to burglaries
for a while now. I told my sister my plan: I would go into my two brother's home and take his
game systems, games and his TV, then make the place appear ransacked. I asked her if there
was something she could do to help. She and my other sister agreed to get him away from the
house for a while the following morning.

So I got up early today and began preparations. My sisters told him that they wanted to go to
the store. He agreed to go with them because he needed some break pads for his van. So, I
start to boil eggs for easter when they leave, and before they do, my sister gives me the keys
to my brothers home.

As soon as they're gone, I casually walk to the front of my brother's place and let myself in.
I go to my eldest brother's room first and flip his mattress, then I begin opening his dressers
and pulling out some of their contents. Once that's done, I head for the living room. I flip over
a few chairs, move the couch cushions and then go to the kitchen to pull out a few extra drawers.

Lastly, I go to Todd's room. I start by flipping his mattress, then I unhook his ps2 and take it,
his games, his controllers, save for a crappy wireless one, and the remotes to his tv. I head
out of the back door and take the items back home and store em in my bathroom. Then, I go
back for his plasma flat screen. I unhook the dvd player and stereo, carry the tv to my house
and store it in my bathroom.

It was nearly time for them to get back, so I decide to finish up. I head to my brother's back
porch and lock the backdoor. My intention was to only close the door slightly, so it appeared
that the door hadn't closed all the way, but I accidentally pulled it closed. I wasn't about to
go around the front and unlock the door again. All I needed was something that could possibly
be used to pop the latch on the door, luckily I find my brother's grill spatula. I snap the thing
in two and place it in front of the door, then go back to the house to finish cooking.

20 minutes later my sister's finally return home with my brother. They make an excuse to go
to his house and he goes along with them. He decides to wait at the back door while my sister's
go through the front. Before they even got the front door, he was flipping out and screaming he'd
been robbed. How could he have known? Easy, he saw the broken spatula I left for him. As soon
as he got inside the house he ran to his room to find his tv missing. He starts panicking, telling my
sister to call th rental place to make a report.

So trying to keep a straight face, they call for me to come over and to ask if I had seen anyone
around the house, I say no and look around, acting as surprised as them. My brother then tells
us to call the police, so my sister pretends she calls them. She gives our address and then hands
the phone to him, saying the cops wanted to talk to him. He says hello and finds the phone isn't
even on.

My sister tells him he can't call the police, because I had taken his stuff. He stands there, his
brain trying to digest and make sense of what had just happened, I grinned and said "Gotcha."
It took him a moment to register everything, and then came the obscenities.

Revenge is so sweet.

I have to admit that has to be one the best mother fucking pranks ever.

really went all out on that. alot better then fake poo on the floor.


Alot better then my April Fools day with the navy. Their idea of a Prank was "abandoningship" exercises which other then the name suggests doesn't include a ship at all. Insted they make you work out till the whole unit throws up at leats once. I lasted 2 hours but the excersises continued for a total of 4 hours and alot of pain and vomit. i still cant raise my arms in front of me straight with feeling like a knife is digging in my shoulders...

must have ran 3 miles, 150 pushups, 300 flutter & scissor kicks, 150 situps, and ALOT of other things. Everyone i called in my unit yesterday can barely do anything with their body much like myself.

Well, speaking of April fools....Karma played the bitch card.

I was at the end of my street and the tire in my van went flat. So I take my jeep....and run out of gas directly across from a gas station.

It's not a prank if you don't break the law.

Technically I did break the law. I broke my brother's spatula, destruction of private property.

Yours was more elaborate than mine.

I just left a note under the door of the principal's office that said Chris Duglass had a gun in his backpack. Forgot to write "April Fools" on the back of it, though.

So yeah, they checked his backpack and didn't find a gun. They found a dimebag though, so he'll probably be getting suspended.
