Probably when I hit lvl 30, yes?

If not, how do I get one?

A far as I know, I can't put the picture on the ID card. I don't know how to put one pic on another in photobucket........ but I will work on it.

The have been many. Claude used to. Kyo has done a few, and so has Birkin. I even think Havoc, and maybe even Trigger have...

If you got yourself a steady hand, and could find me a good pic for the pic....
You COULD use MS Paint to copy and paste and move the picture onto the ID Card...but its not as simple as that, resizing and shit, while maintaing aspect retion, and cropping the picture...

I have it cropped and put into the Pic Box...
Its not 100% perfect, and the picture isnt as good as it could be, but I was using Paint...
