rundll 32 Troubles.

I wont bother explaining what it does for people who dont know what it is, Since you couldnt help anyway D:.

Basically it dosent work for me anymore, It's still in my system 32, But my computer says its not. And now running programes has become very difficult. How do i fix this? Any help would be appreciated.

I know i dont deserve help cus im an asshole, But have a heart ;-;.

Are you sure Perfect Optimizer works? Or will it kill my computer?

Most programs use dll's (dynamically linked libraries) because it allows developers to update only one part of a program, instead of the whole thing, when they need to make a change. a dll is simply a pre-compiled part of a program that can be run and updated and replaced as needed. This makes everything way easy for the people who make the programs.

However a system to handle these dll's was needed. a dll cannot be launched directly, so Rundll32 was created as a helper to directly execute dll functionality. It loads, it executes, and in times when your system memory is low, it will unload select dll's for you, depending on frequency of use. So instead of the user doing their own linking, Rundll32 does it for you.
