and plus it was way back when. there was a movie that is now rated r that was rated G back then

You have it backwards...movie ratings used to be harsher back than.
Major League is rated R for partial nudity and a few bad words.

Compare that to a more recent movie, you can get away with a sex scene in a PG13 movie if it isn't really shown.
