New clothing set

Well I was wanting to change my charecters look, but as of now I only have about 12k in my bank. (Yeah I lost a lot) I was wondering if anyone could help me out. All I need is a black jacket (preferably a winter jacket. The trench coat would be perfect, but the cost....), a black T-shirt (but I can get that), and a green beret. Thank you to anyone that helps me out.
