I called today an official holiday from doing anything. I slept in the car ride back to school, and now I'm just gonna lounge the day away in my comfy chair, because not only am I outrageously hungover still, yesterday I made a cajun cassoulette. which is kind of like a casserole. Goes in the same dish, gotta bake it for half an hour, all that good stuff.
However.
It used 8 POUNDS of meat. I apologize to the veggies reading this who are no doubt horrified by that amount, but I honestly don't care. and it was meat from all over the spectrum. pork sausage, beef sausage, chorizo (kinda like meat-paste), venison (deer), and don't forget the 5 tablespoons of cayenne pepper I used in it either. My family was on that like a pack of wild dogs on a 3-legged cat.
