The man defacates, urinates, spits and biles.
His food cakes his skin, a dryed layer of filth.
The air around him reeks of his effluence.
A pig wrapped tight in human skin.
His words are mental feces,
carried on wasted breath,
exhaled back into the cess from which he breathes.
What is man but a walking anus?
Consuming to excreate, he lives on.
