Seriously, the last MK came out quite a few years ago. Next-gen mortal kombat might be pretty awesome.

They need to ditch a lot of the pointless characters in Armageddon and re-focus on character individuality (like half of the fighters in armageddon have cloned movesets) and bring back character-specific fatalities. Although kreate-a-fatality should be present still.

Oh, and make konquest mode not suck balls for once. Make Shaolin Monks again, with the co-op. That game was awesome.

Oh thank god, it's basically 2-D again.

well hopefully they fix the wrongs that previous games created. I hear that you will be able to play 4 player "tag team" mode and the standard 1v1.

No I heard the new alien films were being made by the gal that played ripley. Might be awesome. And predators looks epic.

well at least they're being realistic and it's a different director and has nothing to do with the first two so it's unfair to judge it by those movies.

I'm just going by the standard sigma: Most Video Game movies do not turn out well. I'll still watch this one though, just to see if it can break the cycle.

Well that's true. But i have big hopes for this'un.

But at least if it's bad it'll have good action.
