Then you have an expensive internet connection. There's no way that one system can have a better connection than the other, it honestly depends on the game/the players/the server.

Psha connection on MGO is amazingly amazing. Unless of course your getting spawn camp,or your keep getting head shotted by some guy that looks like he's in the praying mantis PMC with his SCAR. Totally not me.

Shaw is not expensive, or even all that great. And, yes it can easily. When that same friend is at his own house, it's perfectly fine. At his girlfriend's? He lagged like crazy, or I did if he created the game.

As I said, how can everyone at my work not experience this problem if it's a major issue?

My friend's connection with one another was fine when at his house, but not when at his girlfriend's.

My internet is the basic crap from Shaw. It's not expensive, or High-Speed.

Everyone at my work finds PSN to be perfectly fine, never experiencing lag or issues. Our workplace has around 150 workers, and about half of them have a PS3. How is it that ~75 people here don't have this issue?
