U.B.C.S (Not our group)

Last night I was searching the forums for Umbrella related content, when something caught my
beady little eyes. Someone was using the U.B.C.S to try and start their own group. So in typical
Birkin fashion I issued a cease & desist letter to them.

After that I went to bed and thought nothing more of it. When I logged on today, however. I got a
reply from the "commander".

So, a l.a.r.p.e.r from Myspace (who's I.D I first jacked from google ) is trying to build his own niche
here in DF by pretty much trying to piggy back off our hard work. How do you guys feel bout this?

The lulz generated by such an unexpected question. while subtly making fun of my earlier
seriousness should make his head explode. Or just make him wet himself laughing. It's a win
win for me either way. By all rights, we've been on DF longer, and how myspace comes into
this equation is something I have yet to figure out. Either way U.B.C.S and anything in particular
that's related to Umbrella is ours. Do you think we have grounds to go to a moderator, Jarki?

If he doesn't shut it down within a day, yes, he does.

Technically, he is breaching the terms within the Clan Forums, in which you cannot copy or use a similar name of another Clan. If you do, your clan gets removed.

I'd say give him a day, maybe a day and a half, and PM Ximpulse.

I Feel if he did contact wesker or one of the pther higher ranking members we shouldnt stand for any mention of our name

Your refusal to disband is a clear violation of the established rules and
ethics for clan formation and activity as handed down by the moderators.

I stopped reading that little WOT after the first few sentences. I can't stand pisspoor grammar, especially from people that claim to be in some sort of influential position.

Go find the nearest moderator that isn't busy throwing a hacker into a sexpit.

First and foremost, I apologize for causing you any inconvenience, however.
We've run in to a bit of a problem that we cannot seem to handle with civility.

Recently a player by the name of U.B.C.S Snake has been trying to
establish a group of players under the name of the U.B.C.S. The U.B.C.S
Was created and merged with Umbrella Corp a long time ago, and when
we informed him of this, he refused to comply with our request that he
not use the U.B.C.S name.

Me and my clan members have made it clear to him, that his persis-
tence with this group is in clear violation of the rules established by
moderators, but even this did not sway his judgment. He believe that,
because he practices with a group of individuals on myspace that the
has entitlement to this name, even though our group has been here longer.
Since then we have shared a few PM's that I wish to offer to you as proof,
unfortunately I wasn't able to save the reply's that I had sent him, and the
originals he sent me were deleted.

The date this was issued was on October the 28`th. After this was when
we informed him of the rule violations concerning the Clan System, and we
asked him once more to reconsider. This was the reply he sent me today.

He clearly shows disregard to the rules, and has no respect for anyone
other than those he sees as worthy, or those connected with his group of
players from Myspace. We've got our hands tied on this one Ximplulse, he
will not listen to reason and I know that you're quite busy moderating. But
we've come to a point where we must ask a moderator to step in.

On behalf of Umbrella Corp, we'd like to thank you for taking the time to
read this PM, and we apologize again for any inconvenience to you
caused on our part and hope that you can assist us in this matter.

I went to Ximulse, though my first choice was Xealith, but I didn't wanna bother an admin.
