| HAve you really played it? It is EXACTLY the same. The new infected work like the old, except they arent as flexible, the tank sucks, and the charger is op'ed to hell. The weapons are all overpowered, with the magnum pistol being the worst. It has infinite ammo, one shot on almost everything, and is super accurate. And dont get me started on the new items. Short, the only thing makeing this game any different, or better, then the first is a addition of a nactual story. | |

| you forget its only the demo you played
and they meny ways your wrong the first one had a story
and yes all pistols have infinite ammo so what most games are like that no different from l4d
the weapons are about the same dammage as the first one
and in real life the magnum is a really powerful gun
and the the ai is more advance then the first wanna know how i know that since they used the orange box engin for it which is wayy more advance then the hl2 one you haave most likly played it on the xbox am i right

| When I can take on a tank with nothing but two clips of ANYTHING, let alone a pistol, either the tank is weak as hell, or the weapon is overpowered. The new guns can kill most zombies in one limb shot. And the first game didn't have a story, or one that actually tied together the chapters. | |

| I dont know what left 4 dead you were playing, but none of the chapters were directly linked together. Either way, I dont wana play l4d2. MW2, on the other hand... | |

| Austin, in the commentary, they tell you no mercy and death toll are linked together, that you helipiolt was infected on his last pick up and that you crashed, but they thought that if had just spent an hour playing no mercy and suddenly you had another one to do that people would feel like they achieved nothing, so they left out the intervening levels, but in the new content pack they released they said "WTF, screw it new game coming any way". | |

| Some questions.
- How useful are the new melee weapons? Are there katanas or machetes?
- In the original L4D, your bleed-out meter that appeared when your were knocked down was hard to see, because the brown mixed in with the background. Is it easier to distinguish now?
- Are there more than two kinds of bombs? If so, what kinds are there?
- Are there more than one upgrade per weapon type? In the original, you just had "Shotgun" and "Better shotgun" etc, etc. This was very disappointing. |

There are, but only a machete, frying pan, nightstick, and guitar in the demo 2. Not by a whole lot. 3. Only one, boomer bile. 4. Yes. YOu go from crappy shotgun to less than crappy, to alright, to kinda good.

| 1. Good. Machetes are fun.
2. Acceptable.
3. I read about that two minutes ago. Seems useful, but I'm disappointed that there's only one new thing to throw.
4. Hmm, well at least there's more than two.
Overall, it looks to be an improvement over the first game. The graphics seem to have advanced from Xbox to early Xbox360 in quality.
But as Clause said, chances are that I will get it simply because I like zombie games, and I had a blast with the first L4D.
