Looks like the rich get to have it all no matter what happens. Sadly this isn't as fiction as you think, our Sun is getting hotter and sending our Solar Flares that are huge. Thats why there is Global Warming on ALL the Planets not just earth. But at least some of us will survive this but it will be scientists and the rich who get saved, those of us who don't have money will die.. oh well..

We do not know enough about the world(world as in the workings of the universe and space time and all that bull crap) to make any guess of what will happen, plus our sun(Sol) is getting colder as it runs out of fuel.

Pfft. Planet X is where our doom's at.

Even if we aren't destroyed by a random solar flare, our inevitable doom will come several million/billion years from now when our dying sun expands into a "Red giant."

Mercury and Venus will be consumed and destroyed. Earth will be spared, however it will become far too hot to sustain life.

LOL i just watched 2012 on the interwebs too at www.moviefather.com it has all the new movies and is pimpin awesome. even though some of the movies have parts cut out of them, like paranormal activity the only part the ghost really did anything was when it pulled katie out of the bed and then it had her kill her husband. 2012 idk cause i never saw its previews.

P.S global warming is real to an extent, (btw i am a veeeeeeery argumentative person) all the worlds cows make more toxins into the air (sorry im not good with big words please bare with me.) than all the worlds cars combined. and don't say "oh but cars have other toxins that also destroy the earths atmosphere". yeah i know that. and the sun (sol) yea in millions/billions of years it'll become a red giant. And that whole 2012 thing the only reason people think it means end of the world, is either their mentally unstable or from fact, is that the mayan calender stopped at Dec. 21 2012. That doesnt mean it's the end of the world, just because some morons think "Oh the mayan calender stops at Dec. 21 2012 means we're all gonna die". NO! just means the mayan's didnt make it any father cause they already made their calender a 1000 years into the future not knowing that they'd go extinct so soon.

Not really, the Mayan calender does not end in 2012, just a cycle, think its called a batoo or something. Then the next cycle starts, just like we have century's.

true. so since their calenders never end that means the world is not going to end in 2012, so if you are worrying bout it don't, unless god decides that, that is the time, then it is our/"my" time to go. What he means, is when athiests go and make comments basically downplaying him saying the whole "God's decision" thing.

That's why everyone hates athiests, because they ones that make it public that they're athiest are even worse than the supposed christians that "shove their opinion down your throat".

The only good athiests are the ones that don't ever participate in religious talks.

I'm Atheist... You know that, Crow. And in the same way that Atheism pisses you off, religion pisses me off.

It's always been the exact opposite in my experience.

I liked how when the gays were demonstrating in Los Angeles a few years ago, the 700 club called them domestic terrorists. The fact that while that was being said, a gay man in pink was dancing on top of a police car.
