FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK!

I can't count how many times I've been robbed of securing the Junkyard because of a
machinegunner. Instead of going to the Main gate, where they'd actually be of some
fucking use, they come to the Junkyard to making it impossible for us melee players
to actually do our damn job!

When someone comes in using a Machinegun, the game actually slows down to such
a crawl that it makes melee impossible to pull off! Your attacks become inaccurate,
and if you do hit, it's usually a regular hit, when any other time it'd be a critical. UGH!

Seriously, this is the one reason I hate machineguns. You never have this problem
out of the fucking Gau-19, I can attest to this cause I've played the Junkyard with
Jarki and her Gau. It's only the weaker brand of Machineguns that seem to do this.

Seriously, are the OA areas that confusing? I mean, you Meleer's run to the
MG, or to the Roof Tops, while gunners go to the Junkyard. This is why we can't
have nice things.

This is why I play in multiplayer games, but with a crazy password nobody can guess.


That way there aren't any stupid people OR AI partners to bumble around and absorb my exp.

Ironically, GAU fires more shots than any other gun. It fires 3 bullets per one shot, and fires faster than the M60.

All Heavy Machine Guns are fine, and K-50M, Thompson, and HK UMP all seem to be fine. It's the others that seem to be causing all the problems.

I've been in the junkyard numerous times.

What seems to be the problem to me is people's position on the defence. Alot of people try to guard the two car piles near the tp left of the map while 1 or 2 people try to watch the wide open right side.

What a machinegunner or shotgun user needs to do is force the zombies back into their spawn points. If you have at least 1 ARMG, SMG, or Shotgun on each spawn and 1 other player to watch both lines for slacks in the defence. a Junkyard defence is simple to pull off.

But rarly have i been able to find a team to do this... same with the main gate, I'm sitting there killing alot of the bottom and middle zombies, and jackasses #1 & 2 are both shooting where i am while 1 LA is beating the crap out of the top of the wall.

I even had someone PM me once saying i sucked at MG for letting the bottom side fall while 80% of the time i was the only main person watching it and only broke off to deal with a single zombie at the top, that they felt was "unesessary to kill"

case and point people are dumbasses and dont know teamwork.

When I first discovered DF I was planning on joining the S.T.A.R.S on my old main,
and one of the things I wanted to do the most, was create a "handbook" that players
could read, and it would give them some ideas on how to practice basic team work.

Of course when I joined Umbrella, I thought of continuing this, but I'm not so sure now.
This is a problem that a lot of MMO's have, and it's not the game's fault either, it's the
players involved. The best laid plans can be ruined by one fucking idiot, and it usually
ends that way.

show off. And i've given up all hope on OA's i just stick to the level 55-current level games and pray theres not a complete dumbass in there.

BTW dont you hate grenaders at the MG. cause more problems then they solve. Basically make sure all the zombies are able to hit the wall instead of being grouped and makes it impossible to aim with anything less then a machinegun or shotgun

Nah, if someone knows how to use a Grenade Launcher, usually Sync doesn't fuck it up TOO badly, and they still do well. I have three friends who all use Grenade Launchers (one of which is an XM25), and do well. But usually the random idiots who join using them, suck ASS with them.

Also, I wasn't showing off, was just telling the truth. XD

If I wanted to show off, I'd mention how when I'd play with Sollie and Akraix, they'd cover the left side and I'd cover the entire right side in JY, them using USAS and FN Minimi and VSS Vintorez, and myself using Raging Bull. And we'd win without me letting a single one past.

Of course, that was when Sync wasn't good, but still wasn't as bad as it is now.

Yea typically i bring my my VSS Vintorez to the MG mainly. I use it 80% of the time i'm there only time i pull out the thompson is when 3 zeds are bunched up begging for it in my face or i have crap allies and i have to stun all the zeds cause they are too stupid to realize not to aim at the same target.

People shouldn't be allowed to use grenade launchers at all if their reload sucks like it normally does, ESPECIALLY when they have one of the lowest launchers. Honestly, do you really think you're doing any good when you do 36 damage, then have to wait five seconds to reload? Meanwhile, I'm over there doing 84 damage every second, and you're still reloading! Machine guns are okay as long as they're not pea shooters. I'd say assault rifles up, or the KM-50 (or whatever the fudge that .50 smg is called.)

And, when OA first came along, I secured Rooftop and Main Gate with a grenade launcher, and low reloading. XD

I think assault rifles are lower then dirt i pee on in the park. No offense to Wesker and his MAG but i would never use one. An assualt rifle with 124 crit is like having a USAN with no knockback, pretty to look at but in the end useless.

They can eat up 10k worth of ammo in 2 minutes
Hardly eve crit
Use up so many stats you lack in so many others
and a K-50m with 124 crit does more damage.

Assult rifles in the end are for people with more bark then their bite (no offense once again wesker)

honestly i believe the MAG and M60 are the worst level 100 weps besides melees.

LMGs are at 49 critical, all the rest are at 124 critical (max critical chance)

1. GAU-19 - 515.549 DPS
2. M60 / FM MAG - 129.6DPS
3. K-50M - 125.905 DPS
4. Chicago Typewriter - 116.22 DPS
5. Grinder - 115.181 DPS
6. FM Mitrail - 103.78 DPS
7. Alpha Bull - 98.28 DPS
8. UMP - 96.85 DPS
9. USAN-12 - 96 DPS
10. Rebellion - 95.76 DPS

Also, M60 and FM MAG have amazing knockback, and are NOT Assault rifles like you seem to imply.
