Here there be Necros

Abraham looked around.

"The church is a good Idea, solid doors, windows are high up, but everyone will head there thinking it will save them, does consecrated ground have any affect on the undead anyway, if not its not worth our time"

Larius turned to abraham as he tied up the wound on his shoulder.
"'Course it does! Why els' would paladins bother with all that religious nonsense! He is right about everyone heading there though..." Larius mumbled off, never quite finishing his sentence.

The fire burned brightly behind him. So far it was keeping the undeads away, but for how long? And how long until they broke through the other gates and just poured in?

Larius winced. His shoulder hurt more than it should from getting as shallow of a wound as he did.

Ondel followed in silence, wiping his sword off on his leggings. He hoped that he would soon be able to wet his blade again with the gore of his foes.

"I say we head to the tavern, some of the guard will go there, to get drunk before they die, we can rally them, board up the place, move up to the second floor will all the booze we can, and make fire bombs. Then if we can build a ladder or walkway to the next building."

"As long as yer fire bombs don't include the rum." Ondel responded, sheathing his now clean weapon.

Larius turned to Abraham?
"Are you mad? You want te burn down our only barrier between the undead and us?" He spat.

Larius coughed several times, his lungs burned and his wound was in incredible pain.

"Come on! I need to disinfect this thing. Let's get to the taven!"

and with that they were on their way.

"Har! That wound of yours is like to turn foul." Ondel growled as they ran. Reaching into his coin pouch, he pulled out a small bottle filled with green mushy liquid. "Smatter that on ye cut when we get to the tavern, then pour some whiskey on it."
