Hmm... I just realized something.

Currently, I am 6593 days old, not counting the extra days from leap years. I joined STARS (Umbrella's infant form) Somewhere between October and November of 2007. That means I've been a around for something like 800 days.

I could only see people being put on that picture if they have developed a distinct personality and everyone identifies that person with they're unique flavor. Not only that, but I would also assume that the person has to be very widely known, or an old member. So Fatality, you and the rest of us poops will have to settle for the bottom right corner box.
