Your Personal Band

How to make your own personal band:

1. Go to Wikipedia and hit random. The first random Wikipedia article you get is the name of your band.
2. Go to quotationspage.com and hit random. The last four or five words of the very last quote of the page is the title of your first album.
3. Go to Flickr and click on “explore the last seven... days”. Third picture no matter what ...it is, will be your album cover.
4. Use Photoshop or similar (picnik.com is a free online photo editor) to put it all together.
5. If you're a designer, don't spend more than 10 minutes on this.

Made another cuz I was bored.

I made this topic like a year ago...went to find it and realized like everything old got deleted (again?)

Anyway, when I clicked on a random wikipedia article I got a pre-existing band.

Oh and I think there was another part to it were you were supposed to guess the genre such a band should be. First post is obviously indie folk. Trigg's is noisepop

Fun fact: If you come across someone who has 'disabled downloading of thier pictures' on flickr, you can get the photo with these steps:

In firefox, right click anywhere on the page with the image on it
Select 'view page info'
Select Media
Select the picture. It will be the database reference image, so it will probably have a fucked up name. firefox will display a preview of the image below so you can see what image you are downloading.
Select Save As.

Mine came out pretty normal in that it looks like bland inoffensive sh*t.
