Its Official, Where Not Alone Out Here

Scientists have cracked open a rare form of meteorite, and then scanning the insides, found microscopic fossils of extraterrestrial life.

Some of them look similar to some stuff on our planet, but some look, well alien.

Discuss.

It's been common knowledge that we're not alone, but I'm glad they found proof.

Just tell me when they find out what planet he came from.

Its been known to people who care to think about the thousands of galaxys, the millions of planets, and the odds of just one of them growing life.

Since that meteorite was floating through space until it hit our planet, that means their planet's atmosphere was broken and pieces were knocked off by other asteroids. One of those pieces floated over to our planet, where we found signs of life.

Of course, who knows how long ago that planet was destroyed, but long enough for those pieces to float to our galaxy. Not to mention that the planet it came from is now completely unlivable.

We don't have proof that other life exists. We have proof it DID exist. We don't have proof that we're not alone. We have proof that we WEREN'T alone. If we even existed at the time that life form existed.

There's still no proof that aliens currently exist.

They need to. The universe is infinite, meaning that if life happened on earth, it will happen elsewhere, too. Maybe we won't find them in our lifetime, but there is definitely life out there other than us.

The universe has always been here. And since the universe is infinite, and life on Earth happened by chance, there are infinite possibilities for Earth-like planets, and thus infinite Earth-like scenarios.

Also to whichever religious leader claimed that Christianity would not be affected by life on other planets is a total douche that needs reevaluate what he believes in. If God made man in his image and there is the possibility of something else out there that is capable of having more advanced technology then us then who the hell are they made in the image of? I'm pretty sure if I made something in the likeness of me I would assure that it was top dog in the universe I created..
