If I remember right eating human brain can give you a deadly lockjaw-like disease. Probably not worth the risk in finding out.

There are worse things caused by eating human flesh.
They're called Prions, they're a nasty type of bacteria/virus that settles in the brain. It causes air bubbles to appear in your brain, literally making it into swiss cheese. You've all heard of Mad Cow Disease, but what you might not know is that it's caused by Prions.
