This rp will basicly be your standard comic book Super Story, Heroes fighting for truth, justice, and capitalism against the evil Villains, who may or may not be liberal hippie veggie eating communists. More info on the story will be released if poeple seem interested in this concept.

Persona: Melanie Fargoth

Age: 24

Appearance: See pic.

Power: She can call on the ghost ship Nebulous. It can fly.

Weakness: She isn't skilled in any form of fighting.

Bio: Coming into a moderately wealthy family, Melanie was often left alone while her parents were on business. One day, while sailing alone, she encountered an abandoned ship. It looked rather ancient, and when she touched the deck a shock went through her body.

When she awoke, she was being tended to by an unknown maid. After the maid finished tending to Melanie, she went back into a painting. She went back out onto the deck to see clouds at the sides of the ship, and a full crew managing the ship. When they saw her, they hailed her as captain.

That depends on how far the person actually believes they are a character. 'Pirate' could be the only thing that is there while 'Melanie' could only be a face to slip into society unnoticed.

Name: John (Nobody knows his real name, So this is just an alias)

Persona: Darkshaper

Age: Unknown

Appearance: Black business suit, leather shoes w/ knives that come out of the front when he taps his feet, gloves. Occasionally wears a black Longcoat. A mask that looks like a black ski mask, but is apparently thinner.

Power: Can teleport through the darkness, Can morph the darkness into various weapons or tools. Basically controls the darkness. Very agile.

Weakness: No inhuman powers in the light, Strong UV rays.

Bio: Not much is known about him. He's lived for a very, very long time. This was discovered through a photograph that show him in it as early as 1890.
(Just to be clear, I'm not immortal, I just live for a VERY long time.)

Persona is what people call the superhero/supervillian. Superman and Clark Kent, Batman and Bruce Wayne, Deadpool and Wade Winston Wilson, etc.

Name: Zak Glatt (Just because i feel like it

Persona: Fugural Tonitrous (Ten bucks to the person who can translate it before you read what it says bellow)

Age: 23

Appearance: see pic

Power: The control and manipulation of electricity. Every thing from star wars lightning from static shock electric nades. plus the constant flow of electricity has been like electroshock therapy to his muscles so he is nicely toned.

Weakness: He can not generate any more electricity than his body normally produces, so for his powers to have a kick city power has to be on. Water is also bad, it doesnt hurt him, but will hurt himself if soaked. Plus the current in his body is on his skin so he shocks most people as well as any tech that is not shielded. Plus ammo in any guns goes off if he touches them.

Bio: Was given power when a bomb was detonated in Empire City. He was caught less than a block from the epicenter of the blast and was slightly irradiated. Over the course of the next couple of months he began to develop powers. He used his powers to survive and help others survive with him.

with his time spent in the city he saw that there was good in man and that it was worth protecting, he saw men and woman give food and shelter to those in need and take pity on those who needed pity. He then took the name Fugural Tonitrous. (thunder and lightning translated from Latin) and vowed to protect the world and these people.

But also with his time spent in the city, he saw that there was a darker side of man. He saw people murder other over TVs that they could no longer use,over clothes and jewels, or murder for the hell of it. As much as he tried to turn them from there ways, some just kept going back. He realized than that some people could not be save and thus must be killed.

Name: Ron Trevor

Persona: The Antihero

Age: 17

Appearance: Normal: Jeans, T-shirt, run down looking, long red hair in a pony tail
Costume: Black jumpsuit, bulletproof vest with pockets, black beret, domino mask

Powers: Agile, has a really big gun able to fire a variety of specialty ammunition

Weakness: Cocky, anger prone, shy

Bio: Ron was raised on the streets from the tender age of 4, looking after himself, keeping from trouble, and fighting for his life. While others around him degenerated to thieves, prostitutes, and other sorts of that mold, Ron strove to eventually make the world a better place. He served as an unofficial police officer for his hood, and eventually was noticed by Government Officials from his actions. At the age of 15, he was chosen as a test subject for one of the many Super Soldier Programs. They outfitted him with mildly enhanced reflexes, but never got around to anything else. Ron discovered the project was being used to further a fascist agenda. Angered, Ron fled the facility, taking with him his standard issue uniform, and an experimental weapon. He now serves as the Antihero, fighting crime, saving babys, and eliminating those who would use him.

Name: Bartholomew Vincent Conner, aka Vinny

Persona: The Mortician

Age: 75

Appearance: He wears a black suit nearly all the time.

Powers: A blessing and a curse, he can not die.

Weakness: He's old, decrepit. Things hurt getting up in the morning. Things hurt going to bed.

Bio: Every scum of the world passed through his stark white doors to his metal table. This used to be a Mafia controlled business. Vinny wasn't one to be bullied. The Don himself came through those white doors, demanding protection money. Vinny rolled up his sleeves and broke the Don's arm and three of his fingers.

Vinny is a bitter old man who walks half a block to his work. He rarely talks, he rarely eats. He isn't concerned with the troubles of others. He could care less if World War Three wages outside, as long as it didn't bother him in his work. He'd even welcome the war. It'd give him more business.

He was not always this way. He was once a normal bitter old man who walked half a block to his work. A homeless woman collapsed near him one day on the way to work. He carried her as best he could into the morgue, and applied First Aid as best as he could, but she was too far gone. She claimed she was a gypsy, and she would bless him for his efforts. He shrugged her words off as the crazy words of a dying person. The official TOD was 9:12 a.m. He canceled the rest of the day.

A week later, he was hit by a car. It was the most excruciatingly painful experience Vinny ever experienced. The hospital said it was a miracle that he survived at all, and if he was going to make a recovery, that would be another miracle. Miracles of life happened all around Vinny. He never aged, he didn't need to take his insulin shots anymore. Things were looking up.

Things quickly went down. His wife died that year. His son died in some far war. His daughter was attacked in the city, and was found dead in an alley. He has stayed drawn into himself for the last 30 years.

How is it immortality if you can be hurt?

Why not just say, "Can heal from any wound." ?

Name: Ned Walters

Persona: Vengeance Man

Age: 48

Appearance: Overweight and balding. He wears a black and red outfit that's a few sizes too small and stained with alcohol.

Power: He's your typical Superman ripoff, but gluttony and laziness has reduced his super speed to a mere power walk, and his ability to fly is all but gone. His only real power is his super strength and above average endurance.

Weakness: Anything faster than him, which is most things. =\ Due to his thick super-heroey-skin, this isn't much of a problem with your average crooks, though.

Bio: It is unknown from whence his powers came, but Ned Walters, AKA Vengeance Man was a force to be reckoned with during his younger years. But after five deadbeat kids and two divorces, men tend to take heavily to to the whiskey. Vengeance Man can often be seen dealing out his vigilante justice whilst highly inebriated.

I think by hurt, he means pain. He cannot die, but he feels massive amounts of pain. Pain can be immobilizing and weakening.
