There is a sign "Keep Out" at the company pool ? Why and what happen ?

Im new employee here and i love 2 swim , but when i went to company swimming pool , there is a keep out sign , what happen to the company swimming pool ? Is there a giant mutant behemoth bathing in pool or what ?
