| What about the book did not belong to you, and your insulting a lot of people when you say people need to stop judging other people and insulting other peoples religions. | |

| Actually, funny thing is, sinning isn't what gets you to Hell. I can't remember the exact words of course, but it was something along the lines of, it's what is in a man's heart that will be judged, not his actions. |

For some inexplicable reason, whenever Havoc's in eyesight, I lose about 75% of my sense of morals, common sense, and intelligence. We do some pretty stupid shit. That's not really an excuse, but eh, it's the best I got. *Changes the subject* |

| Oddly enough, it doesn't happen around anyone else but Havoc, and he's one of my most mild-mannered friends. |

| Any good deeds humans do are overshadowed by the evil we do. I will list several bad examples:
Hitler helped bring the world out of a depression, but he also killed several million jews.
Judas was told by Jesus to do the evil, but Judas was still considered evil.
General E. Lee was just as much a rebel as George Washington, but George is a hero and Lee is a villian. |

| There are different points, sometime the antagonist is the protagonist in others views.
Just matters what you beleive in, cause Hitler had alot of loyal followers, and to them, he was their Messiah, because he did alot of things that they beleived in.
There is good in every human, and sometimes we dont know it, but we have good in us that can be used but we choose not to use it.
And there are people who use it whenever they get the chance, they just love being good.
There are a select few, who were born or raised just blunt and brutal, but in their parents eyes, theyre raising them to be (in what they beleive) good.
There are more sides then good and evil, its never that simple, but what ev, thats just me :I |

| Oh, thanks for necroin' this. I just remembered something.
There's a man in Vancouver. He lives in the slums.
Every day, he goes to his corner in the city. He has nice conversations with people. He helps people out. Will take your garbage, no not for himself, to put in the garbage. He'll give advice, directions, etc. But if you try to give him donations, you'll have to pester him for about 10 minutes before he will actually take it, and it's mainly because he doesn't want you to feel bad.
He never asks for anything. He just is an all around good guy.
And people think he has mental issues. Because he's a nice person.
That's how rare truly good people are. They are so rare, that when they do appear, they are deemed to have mental problems. |

| Not so much. They don't think he has mental issues for being nice, they think he has mental issues because everyone he helps is indebted to him, yet he won't allow them to pay. In a self-respecting society, this is perfectly acceptable. That person, in not accepting their donations, is being extremely rude. If he had begged, It'd have been even more rude. The only socially correct action he can take is to do the work without asking for a loony, and then accept any donation he is given.
In short: If the giftee declines the gift when the gifter offers a gift, then it sends the message that "Your gift is unworthy of my attention! I spit upon your attempt at communal niceness! Puh!".
If the giftee asks for a gift from a gifter, then it sends the message that "The world owes me money! Pay up, and I won't break your kneecaps!"
If the giftee accepts a gift when the gifter offers, it sends the message "Thanky!". | |

| "good" is in the eye of the beholder. there are also different forms, but i believe that there are a select few of us left that can be categorized as such. some people believe themselves to be good people when in all actuality all they care about is themselves, but because they gave change to a hobo once, that makes them a good person. you don't have to be selfless to be a good person, but you can't be totally self absorbed either, i think it's a fine line to walk. | |
