| Well, first thing was the battery wouldn't charge. At all. No reason for that.
I called to get a new battery, and long story short, the guy told me to flip the laptop over, I did so, and then the friggin mouse was still in on the side... Snapped the USB port center thingy clean off.
The last one was sorta my fault.
Hopefully I can get an entirely new computer, or just the old one fixed.
Oh, and MSI's Customer service is shit-terrible. | |

| Yea, I've read tons of bad stories on the net about customer service, but I'm sure it's
nothing compared to AlienWare's customer service. Sorry to hear bout that man. | |
