Survivor Ten : Isobel Granados (Jarkwee)

And so it begins...

"Almost the end of the day, finally..." Isobel thought to herself as she walked to her PE Class at Raccoon High School. Before stepping into the change rooms, she notices that there wasn't the usual sound of the asians playing basketball, or the obnoxious laughing of the jocks. Suspicious, she opens the doors to the gym, and is shocked to see that it was completely empty, with no sign of any life except for the storage room door being slightly ajar.

Isobel walks to the storage room quietly, and slowly opens the door, a sick feeling rising in her gut as she slips inside... only to see that there is no one in sight. Suddenly, a hand grabs her shoulder, and she jumps, giving a small shout and taking a few steps forward.

"Oh thank god someone's here, how could I have missed you when I looked in the g-" she said as she spun around, suddenly stopping dead in her sentence.

In front of her, was her gruesome looking, gory, should-be-dead-but-isn't, PE Teacher.

"W..why are you.. walking..? Your... st.. stomach is..." Isobel stutters, backing up, reaching for something to use as a weapon. Eventually, her hand finds an aluminum bat, and she swings it full force at her deceased teacher's ribs. Other than making him stumble slightly, and despite hearing a loud crack which Isobel assumes was his bones, he kept coming. Swinging again, she hits her teacher in the jaw, and with a sickening crack, he half spins and falls to the floor.

Half-whimpering, half 'ohmygod'ing, she stumbles out of the Storage Room, and runs for the nearest exit, bat in hand.


What will you do...?
- Go outside, via main door.
- Go outside, via window in a classroom.
- Go back and apologize before he gives you infinite detention.
- Go upstairs instead.
- Hide out in one of the rooms instead.
- Find a teacher's desk-phone, and call for help.
- Hit the fire alarm.

Go outside, via window in a classroom.

Quickly ducking into an empty classroom, I went straight to a window and yanked it open. Deciding that the immediate outdoors was safe, I quietly vaulted outside.

I heard noises. Not normal ones, either...

Looking around, I quickly spotted a Fabarm SDASS Tactical lying in a bush, with two shells left in the shell-rack on the side of the gun.

"What the hell is this doing around here?!" I shouted in my head, not stopping to wonder how the heck I knew what a Fabarm SDASS Tactical was.

I wasn't quite sure whether to feel safe, or completely and utterly freaked out. It wasn't everyday you found a shotgun lying in a bush. Especially not by a school.

Then again, it wasn't everyday that your PE teacher dropped his guts and tried to eat you, either.

Head towards the nearby woods.

"Over the river and through the woods, away from this place I gooo~" I sang to myself, whilst brandishing a sexy new shotgun.

The woods primarily consisted of a dense clustering of pine trees; A rather annoying species of tree that took delight in stabbing random passerby with their needles. In short, they were arboreal porcupines.

Within moments of entering the spiky maze, I regretted my decision. But at least I was well hidden.

Deciding that it was better to ride than hide, I left the forest and made for the parking lot. Unfortunately, I didn't have a car of my own.

But I did have choices.

Thanks for skipping over me over and over and finally remembering I existed <3

Making a bee-line for the only truck, (a particularly large Ford F150) I began to hear the noises again... A low, building roar, as if from a passing vehicle.

that's when it happened. All at once, a mob of dogs came running at me. Some ran under the truck, others jumped across the hood, but most simply ran around. The whole lot of them where maimed and rotted. Very few looked as if they should even be alive.

I suspected something terribly awry had gone down at the dog kennel next door.

Turning on my heels, I sprinted back to the lobby, and practically dove through the entrance. Taking care to shut and lock the door, I wondered what I'd done to deserve this.

I could hear the dogs barking and growling... Scratching at the door in an attempt to get inside...

Then suddenly... They stopped.

That's when I noticed that there were windows everywhere...


What will you do...?
- Go back outside.
- Run in a classroom.
- Run in the Principal's office.
- Run in the Janitor's closet.
- Just run down the hall until you get to the other end.
- Run down the hall and go upstairs. (40 feet away)

My school's windows are likely older than I am. Except the ones that've recently broken, only to be replaced with equally crappy ones.

Then again, I live in the poorest state in the country. >.>
